June. Summertime. Vacation. Committee Hearings. It’s reminiscent of the summer of 1973, except summer school programs are a thing of the past thanks to the efforts of Howard Jarvis and Grover Norquist. Millions of Americans are watching the hearings, millions are not. One particular American is watching the hearings and making notes in crayon and these notes may well have the greatest impact on our nation in the years to come. That particular American is the particularly loathsome former President Donald J. Trump.

I realize I’ve become terribly fond of pieces that involve lists, but hopefully this will be the last one (at least for this year). Trump has mined the Trump Taco Bowl for Latino votes, and I’ve included the photographic proof.

I’m willing to bet that most readers of this blog do not receive communiques from the Trump Campaign. Fear not, I am following that old adage, “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.”
The first thing to be aware of is that you need an email account with unlimited storage, because you’re going to be getting a lot of emails. I can count on at least 10 per day. And please note: I have not contributed a single penny.
