Madeline recently contacted us to thank us for promoting women. Because of the timing, I assumed that Madeline was referring to Linda K. Stout’s recent article in which she talked about her film, Women Are the Change, to encourage women in sub-Saharan Africa to get an education.
But no, Madeline cited our mentioning The Ayaan Hirsi Ali Foundation in a December 2010 post! The AHA Foundation was established by Ayaan Hirsi Ali in 2007 to promote liberty for all, particularly for women, who in some cultures are subjected to female genital mutilation, honor violence, and forced marriages.
Madeline asked us to share an important recent guide on women’s online safety. She said she liked the way the guide gives practical tips for the many situations it describes in which women are vulnerable (and men are vulnerable too). “The Empowering Internet Safety Guide for Women,” by Sara Levavi-Eilat, can be found on the blog of the website VPN Mentor, “The Authority on VPNs* and Web Privacy.”
We were glad to be reminded of Ayaan Hirsi Ali, whom we have long admired and respected for her writing and her activism. And we are pleased to share the guide brought to our attention by Madeline. Thank you, Madeline!

From Saundra Carr, whom we interviewed recently [http://moristotle.blogspot.com/2018/07/interview-saundra-carr-on-racial.html] – we blush with embarrassment at her praise, but she insisted that we share it:
ReplyDeleteI just read this article and I think you expressed your usual excellence with wisdom. I love the way you write and hope to be more like you every day. You are a brilliant man for many to admire.
